Maia graduated from the University of Toronto in the mid-ninties and went on to work in
various technical capacities in the IT industry. She was employed at a number of start-ups and currently works for a national technology company.
She lives on the Danforth in Toronto with partner and UNIX geek, John.
Directionality is her first novel.
